Cancellation Policy

STAND UP POLICY: Upon agreement of performance date, times, venue and fee; both parties, the client and Gavin Lilley, accept such engagement and agrees that he shall during the term perform the services required by the client, agrees to render such services to the full limit of his ability. The client will be responsible for making arrangements for accommodation/travel, or reimburse additional fees incurred from this. This will be agreed in advance of the booking. Gavin Lilley will not engage or employ any person or incur any other expense on the client’s account without prior approval. Should a BSL interpreter be required, this will be provided at no additional expense. This request needs to be made with as much advance notice as possible. Upon completion of the performance all fees (including travel/ accommodation if not previously covered by the client) will be made payable to Gavin Lilley within 30 days. Gavin Lilley is responsible for ensuring he is fully insured to perform at venues, in the event of theft, accidental damage or injury. In the event of theft, injury or damage due to negligence on the client’s part, the client is responsible for insurance coverage. Promotional materials can be made for an additional charge, this will need to be agreed by both parties TEACHING POLICY: The payment made is to obtain the Zoom link for the workshop which cannot be exchanged or shared with others without prior consent of the workshop facilitator. Please note that once a booking has been confirmed and/or agreed to, by whichever method: email, telephone, SMS or verbally, a contractual agreement is considered to have been formed. Upon cancellation of a confirmed booking over 48 hours in advance, clients are entitled to a full refund. The client shall become liable for full payment within 48 hours from the workshop start time. Clients are responsible for technical issues at their end and ensure a good wifi signal is in place to fully access the workshop. No refunds shall be made should poor connectivity on your side be an issue. If the facilitator experiences technical issues, the workshop can either be postponed to a later date or a full refund given. Audio/Visual Recording: NO recording of the service shall be made without prior consent, except where such recording is inherent within legal proceedings. All materials will be shared with workshop participants and the organiser for educational purposes and not be reproduced without prior consent.
